Program Philosophy
* Minds Craft Learning Centers believe in long-term academic development, and our programs are designed to foster a love of learning and a strong foundation in core subjects.
Parent Commitment
* To support your child’s success in our program, we ask parents to:
* Create a quiet study space for daily homework assignments.
* Grade your child’s homework daily, checking corrections and summarizing their work.

* Minds Craft Learning Centers believe in long-term academic development, and our programs are designed to foster a love of learning and a strong foundation in core subjects.
Tuition and Fees
* The first week’s tuition is due upon enrollment. Specific payment details will be provided during registration.
* We require a 30-day written notice of discontinuation if you decide to withdraw your child from the program after completing their initial term.
* All answer books, library books, and other materials must be returned in good condition at the end of your enrollment period. A fee of $30 per item will be charged for any materials not returned or returned damaged.
* At enrollment, we require a monthly automatic bank draft or credit card payment method to be set up for tuition.
* Enrollment packages are non-refundable regardless of attendance.
* A late payment fee of $30 will be assessed for payments received after the 1st of the month.
Use of Platform and Services
Permitted Use: You may access and use the Platform and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. Your right to access and use the Platform and Services is personal to you and cannot be transferred to any other person or entity.
Restrictions on Use: You may not assign, transfer, re-market, resell, or otherwise dispose of the Platform and Services without our prior written consent. We may withhold such consent in our sole discretion.
Interruptions and Discontinuations: We may occasionally interrupt your access to the Platform and Services for various reasons, including equipment malfunctions, maintenance, or updates. We may also suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to the Platform and Services at any time, in our sole discretion, without prior notice. We are not liable for any unavailability of the Platform or Services.
Cancellation and Modification: We may cancel or modify the Platform and/or Services, including any purchases, gift cards, rewards points, or other applicable items, if it appears they are the result of fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where we determine a mistake or error has occurred. We will provide you with written notice (including email) of any cancellations or modifications to the Platform and/or Services.
Prohibited Activities: As a user of the Platform and/or Services, you agree to refrain from, and not attempt to, authorize, encourage, or support a third party’s attempts to, engage in any of the following activities:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Upload, post, use, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is false or inaccurate.
Post any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, or objectionable content.
Impersonate or use the identity of another person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.

Disrupt or interfere with the security of the Platform or Services.
Use any automated tools or processes to access the Platform or Services without our prior written permission.

User Content: You are solely responsible for any content you make available on or send through the Platform or Services (“User Content”). You grant Minds Craft the irrevocable right to copy and use User Content in connection with the Platform and Services and for purposes related to your posting of User Content. While Minds Craft has no obligation to screen, edit, or monitor User Content or user conduct, we reserve the absolute right to remove, screen, or edit any User Content and to monitor any user conduct on the Platform and Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Your User Content may be available on the Platform and/or Services for a limited period, as determined by Minds Craft in its sole discretion. You are solely responsible for creating backup copies and replacing any of your User Content at your own cost and expense.

Welcome! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your Checkout/Subscription to Minds Craft Learning Center programs (“Programs”).
Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing:
Who Can Subscribe?
- Parents or legal guardians of students under 18 years old (“Parents”) may subscribe on behalf of their child.
- Students 18 years or older (“Students”) may subscribe for themselves.
Subscription:
- You are subscribing to a weekly recurring program (“Subscription”).
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. However, there are no refunds for any unused portion of a pre-paid weekly subscription.
Offer Period:
- This special introductory offer is valid for the year 2024 only.
- Regular pricing will apply starting in 2025.
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities:
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for dropping off and picking up their children at the beginning and end of each session.
- A late pick-up fee of $1 per minute will be applied after the scheduled session ends.
- Students must be able to use the washroom independently.
Special Needs:
- Minds Craft Learning Center currently does not have the capacity to accommodate students with special needs.
- We recommend arranging for a behavior aide before registering your child if they require additional support.
Center Policies:
- No smoking, drugs, or alcohol are allowed on the premises under any circumstances.
- Loud voices or disruptive behavior in the learning zone are not permitted.
Provided Materials:
- Minds Craft Learning Center provides all necessary computers, learning materials, and tools for the Programs. Students do not need to bring anything additional.
- We utilize licensed platforms like IXL and Tynker. Subscription fees cover access to these platforms, and no additional charges apply.
Acceptance of Terms:
- By subscribing to a Minds Craft Learning Center program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
